What is the size and style of this product?

Please note that due to the nature of PP cotton, measurements may vary by 1-3 cm as the filling expands and compresses. Be sure to carefully select the desired size and variant before purchasing our kawaii plushies. The overall size and filling density will differ based on the length you choose.

How do I clean the plushies? 

Step 1 - Remove any detachable accessories or components.

Step 2 - Choose the gentlest cycle on the washing machine. Use a mild detergent mixed with water. 

Step 3 - Place the plushie in a mesh laundry bag to protect it. Use a gentle cycle with cold water and mild detergent. Avoid using fabric softener or bleach.

Step 4 -  Air dry the plushie by laying it flat on a towel. Reshape it as it dries to maintain its original form. Avoid direct sunlight and heat sources to prevent damage.

How do I remove wrinkles and lumps on my plushie?

Did your cuddly companion arrive looking a bit squished? No worries! When our jumbo-sized snuggle buddies travel the globe, they need to squeeze into vacuum-packed bags. This means they might look a little wrinkled or lumpy at first, but don't fret – it's just a temporary case of 'travel hair'!

3. Pat and massage gently

4. Brush fur if needed

5. Cuddle to warm and reshape

6. Be patient - larger plushies may take a day or two
