What's the refund and return policy?

We hope you love our Kawaii Senta products. If you don't, though, we are happy to issue a refund or a replacement.

To be eligible for returns/ refunds, please make sure that

  • the items are returned within 14 days after your order arrival.
  • the purchased items are unused and in original condition.

How to arrange a return request for unwanted items?

To receive a refund or a replacement, you must return the item in the same condition you received it.

To arrange a return for unwanted items:

  • please contact us at info@kawaiisenta.com with your order number, specific item(s) you would like to return, reason for return, and a photo of the item(s) within 14 business days of receiving the goods.
  • please pack the item(s) in the original condition and send to the address as per our email instructions.

You are responsible for shipping charges for mailing the purchased items back to us and we will issue a refund upon receipt of your items.

A 10% processing and restocking fee applies to all items returned for refunds. However, if you opt to exchange the item, no fees will be charged.

How to arrange a return request for damaged/ faulty or wrong items?

Please accept our apologies if you have received an item that is damaged or wrong. We understand how frustrating this can be and want to resolve this as quickly as possible for you.

In case of damaged or wrong items, we can offer a replacement or refund given the sufficient evidence (photo of item and photo of shipping label with barcode). You will need to tell us exactly what the fault is and as soon as possible after discovering the fault and we will advise what to do next.

To arrange the return,

  • please contact us at info@kawaiisenta.com with your order number, product name and a photo of the damaged/faulty/wrong item(s) within 10 business days of receiving the goods.

We do not accept inquiries about damaged or wrong items more than 10 business days after their arrival. If you suspect your parcel was damaged during transit, please contact us within 3 business days of its arrival.

What happens if I request a replacement and it isn’t available?

If you request a replacement and the product is no longer available, we will process the refund back to the original credit/debit card/PayPal account used to purchase the item.

What happens if my order cannot be delivered and is returned?

If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect shipping address, unsuccessful delivery attempts, unclaimed parcels held by the courier, or any other reason, please email us at info@kawaiisenta.com with your order number within 60 days of the order date.
