Does Kawaii Senta ship to my country?

We ship to a myriad of countries in the world except the following ones due to shipping restrictions. We apologize for the inconvenience and will continue to work on it.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

You can cancel or modify your order within 3 hours of placing your order. Please contact us at info@kawaiisenta.com with your order number within the specified time if you need to make changes to your order.  Make sure to provide your order number and the modification you would like to take and we'll confirm once the modification has been made. Please note that any orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be modified or cancelled.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email with the corresponding information. If you ordered multiple items, you may receive your order separately. After that you will be able to track your order. Please allow 1-2 business days for tracking information to be available.

Is Duty or Import Tax included in the price?

We deliver 99.9% of parcels without additional customs charges or import fees. However, if a customs fee is still incurred, please get in touch with us via email and we will do our best to provide the solution. Please note that customs inspections may cause delays beyond our control.

Why am I receiving a partial order?

When you order multiple items from our store, you might notice that we provide separate tracking IDs for each item. This is because sometimes we ship items separately to make sure that any delayed items do not hold up the rest of the order. Additionally, items might be sent separately due to packet size and weight restrictions in your country. If an item is popular and on backorder, we may ship your items at different times and in different packages to avoid delays and ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible.

Customer’s Shipping Address and Information

We ship our items using the exact address and information provided at checkout and cannot make any changes once the items are shipped. Please ensure that all information is accurate and detailed, including your phone number and email address, to guarantee timely and safe delivery.

We cannot be held responsible for packages reported as delivered by the carrier, and we do not issue refunds or credits for packages confirmed as delivered.

Missing Parcels / ITEM NOT RECEIVED

Sometimes, a parcel may get lost in transit. If your tracking status is stuck and it's well beyond our shipping period, please email us at info@kawaiisenta.com for assistance within 60 days of your order. We will investigate the tracking status for you and determine what happened to your parcel. In most cases, it's likely due to delivery services experiencing high demand.

To safeguard against fraud, we will only offer reshipments or other forms of compensation after completing a thorough investigation with our logistics team and the customers. We do not issue refunds for items lost by postal services but may offer a reshipment instead.

Please note that if a parcel is not collected after a missed delivery and is held at your local post office, we cannot be held responsible for any failure to pick it up.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen parcels delivered to shared locations like shops, restaurants, business areas, etc. Additionally, we are not liable for missing or returned parcels if the shipping address provided at checkout is incorrect or if you fail to collect your parcel on time.

Therefore, refunds are not available in these situations.
