You can cancel or modify your order within 3 hours of placing your order. Please contact us at info@kawaiisenta.com with your order number within the specified time if you need to make changes to your order.  Make sure to provide your order number and the modification you would like to take and we'll confirm once the modification has been made. Please note that any orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be modified or cancelled.

We ship to a majority of countries in the world (including USA, UK, Australia, EU Countires, etc) except the following ones due to shipping restrictions. We apologize for the inconvenience and will continue to work on it.
